Begin the day with a full-body workout led by Kim as she shares the importance of building muscle and stretching the body

We will calm the mind and body in silent awareness using long breath and body scan meditation

 

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Brief gentle massages will help move lymphatic fluid through the head, face, and neck while Leslie shares more on the many benefits of MLD

 

LUNCH/MEAL PREP INSPIRATION
