    Learn how to meal prep like a pro! This is a Meal Prep course designed for groups of 4 people in the comfort of your home. During this session we prepare meals for the week together while learning: how to stay organized, tips and tricks on how to be efficient, inspiration on how to create a lasting meal prep plan.

    Meals are 4 servings each and packaged for you to reheat throughout the week (additional servings can be added for an extra fee). All recipes and ingredients will be provided.

  • Step 2 - Mini Meal Prep Sessions

    Once you complete the Master Course you’ll be invited to Natalie’s virtual Meal Prep sessions, hosted twice a month. During these sessions Natalie sends out recipes and a grocery list prior. Through guided cooking we accomplish a week worth of meals together. These sessions are designed to last approximately 1.5 hours.
